The Rooftop Garden Home by Educo is a natural wood two-story house perfect for this poseable family of four. With the help of a new owner, the three rooms and rooftop terrace can be custom decorated with the included furniture and bath fixtures. Notice the colorful skylight and accented stairway and rail posts. The open plan and plenty of windows and doorways allow for easy access to all rooms, ideal for an imaginative youngster. Decorative railings combined with a classic design create a cozy cottage look. This dollhouse with precision-machined walls, beams, windows and railings is certain to become an heirloom toy and takes just minutes to assemble.
