How to Track Your Order
When you placed your order, you specified your desired shipment method. You may follow the tracking link emailed to you when your order shipped. Please look for it, including in your junk box. Otherwise, please determine the shipping method selected by referring to your invoice, and follow the instructions below.
Enter your invoice number in the cell area below. You will be routed to the FedEx tracking page with information about the status of your shipment. If you would like to go back to ChildTrek, simply click on the back button.
Your tracking link was included in the shipment notification emailed to you when your order shipped. Please look for it, including in your junk box.
Please allow at least 1 business day since the placement of your order to begin tracking. If you have any questions about the progress of your order, please contact us via email or call 1-800-406-8735, M-F, 10-5 pm, PST.
