Tangram Template by Grimm's Spiel & Holz
Product Description
The Tangram Template is designed to compliment the Grimm's Beginner's Tangram Puzzle (sold separately). There are a total of 38 templates in the book. Tangram is a classic Chinese puzzle made by cutting a square into five triangles, a square, and a rhomboid. Various shapes, figures, and designs are made using these geometric shapes. In this beginner's version, the colors are designed to make it easier to read the templates, without losing the meaning of the silhouette. Once kids get the hang of recognizing geometric shapes, it will be much easier to read the classic black shadow templates for tangrams. With practice, children will develop a high-level sense of logic, pattern recognition, and fine motor skills.
Benefits
Puzzles like Tangram by Grimm's are brain food for young minds. They help develop reasoning and problem-solving abilities, refine hand-eye coordination, and strengthen fine motor skills. When playing with others, puzzles are also good for social development like learning to take turns and sharing strategies. This one has the added feature of teaching beyond these with its strong educational content.
