Toy Safety & Quality at ChildTrek
ChildTrek takes product safety and quality seriously. We are parents of young children, too. We want to offer toys that we would give to our own kids. That is why ChildTrek carefully selects toys by using objective criteria to better gauge product safety and quality. We believe this is far better than relying solely on the location of production facilities. If the toy manufacturer does not meet our criteria, we will simply not offer their toys at ChildTrek. These criteria include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Documentation of high safety and quality controls from product design, materials acquisition, product development, and delivery
- Compliance with ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials), EN 71 (European Standards), and other relevant safety standards
- Excellent product safety history
- In a rare instance of a recall, swift manufacturer action, prompt corrective actions, and excellent customer service response
ChildTrek is pleased to inform you that none of the toys offered here are being recalled; nor are they likely to be.
