READ THIS FIRST: CHANGE NOTICE

ChildTrek is undergoing an exciting update. As part of this refresh, we will retire the current Loyalty Rewards program. The new rewards system will become available in March 2016. All current members have until February 26, 2016 to use their available points.

Use Points and Get Double Bonus!

As an added incentive to use your points, those who redeem their points by February 25, 2016 can DOUBLE the points applied to their current order. That is, if you are applying 150 points from your account, we will apply 300 (150 x 2) points against your order. Simply write "DoublePoints" in the "Notes" area, and we will manually apply the doubled points. We will then send you a new updated invoice.

If you are establishing a new Loyalty Rewards membership and will earn points with your current order, please refer to the below "Option to Transfer Points."

Option to Transfer Points

If you do not wish or unable to use your points by February 26, 2016, please follow the below instructions by February 25, 2016 to transfer your points.

Current Loyalty Members Instructions:

  1. Current Loyalty Members are defined as those who currently have points in their account.
  2. Email customercare@childtrek.com using the email we have on file for you.
  3. On the subject line, write "Transfer My Points."
  4. In the body, write, "Transfer my available points."

New Loyalty Members Instructions:

  1. New Loyalty Members are defined as those who are establishing their membership with an order and have no current points in their account, but will receive points for an order placed before February 25, 2016.
  2. In the "Notes" area, write, "Transfer my points from this order."

Within 5-10 business days, we will confirm the number of points transferred to your account. New redemption rates (to be determined) will apply when the new system is online.

We apologize, but due to system incompatibility, we will be unable to transfer your points after February 25, 2016.

We further apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope that you will take advantage of the double offer or transfer your points. We look forward to offering you an enhanced user experience with an updated ChildTrek.com.

Current Redemption Rate

The current redemption rate is 33 points = $1.* For example, if you have 330 points in your account, you can redeem all these points for the equivalent of $10 off an order.

*Subject to change. Limitations on classroom furniture, playground equipment.

How to Track Your Points

  • Log in to your account.
  • View rewards tally.

Limitations

  • Purchase total after Loyalty Rewards redemption must meet minimum order amount.
  • Large ticket items like classroom furniture and playground equipment are not eligible for double and triple rewards.
  • Rewards points are non-transferable.
  • Rewards points are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Abuses of the rewards program may result in suspension or termination of membership and/or loss of points.
  • Subject to change without notice.
