Shipping Options in the United States

ChildTrek ships most non-oversized orders via Regular Shipping (4 -10 business days), FedEx Ground delivery (3-5 business days), USPS Priority (2-3 business days), or FedEx Express (2-day and overnight; note cut-off times below). No Saturday FedEx Express shipments. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped promptly the following Monday. Non-express orders are processed within 24 business hours. Express orders by cut-off times are shipped same day.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to inclement weather or to reach remote rural areas. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. USPS will delivery to PO boxes.

Shipping to APO/FPO - US Military Bases

Shipping to US military bases. ChildTrek ships to US military bases in the Americas, Europe and in the Pacific via USPS Priority Mail. As with other purchases, your order is processed within 1 business day. Then it takes 2 - 3 business days to arrive to the bases. Once there, the military delivery system takes over. Please make sure that your address is correct for timely delivery. Please go through checkout for shipping rates.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & International Destinations

ChildTrek ships via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii. Please go through checkout for shipping rates.We apologize, but ChildTrek does not ship to international destinations due to customs complexities beyond our control.

Cancelling an Order After it Ships

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. ChildTrek ships orders within 24 hours, often much sooner. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled since it is no loner in our possession. You can, however, request to retrieve package shipped via FedEx, but not USPS.

Retrieving shipped orders. Packages shipped via FedEx can be retrieved. If you request us to retrieve the package on your behalf, there is a $10 fee to retrieve it from the shipping company (FedEx) PLUS the cost of shipping it back to us. Sorry, but USPS packages cannot be retrieved.

ChildTrek is not responsible for retrieval costs. Please understand that ChildTrek is not responsible for the costs associated with retrieving orders, through no fault of our own, after they are shipped.

To cancel ordes / retrieve shipped orders. If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours after placing an order (though we cannot guarantee that it has not been shipped). If it has not shipped, the order is simply voided at no cost to you. If it has shipped and you would like us to retrieve the package, retrieval and shipping fees apply ($10 retrieval fee PLUS shipping fees).

Once the order is shipped back to ChildTrek, the items are returned per our Returns / Exchange Policy.
