Regular Shipping & Handling Rates to 48 Contiguous United States

ChildTrek ships most orders (toys, books, non-oversized items) via FedEx regular ground delivery or FedEx 2nd Day (must be placed by 1:30 PM PST, M-F; 11:30 AM PST, Sat.). Regular ground takes 2-7 business days to deliver to contiguous U.S. destinations and 6-9 business days to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. It may take longer for orders to arrive due to inclement weather or to reach remote rural areas. FedEx 2nd Day guarantees delivery in 2 business days after your order is processed. Your order is processed within 24 hours. Shipping is to street addresses only. There is no delivery to PO Boxes.

Please go through checkout for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize, but ChildTrek does not ship to international destinations due to customs complexities beyond our control.

Incorrect Delivery Address Surcharge

ChildTrek does its very best to ship your packages correctly in a timely manner. However, we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure that a correct and deliverable address is entered for shipment. Should an incorrect address result in being re-routed to ChildTrek, a $10 fee will be charged to the billing party.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Below illustrates the estimated business days of regular delivery. Please be sure to add one (1) business day to your calculation to account for the day you place an order. For example, an estimated delivery to southern California would take a total of four (4) business days (1 business day for order placement + 3 business days of actual transit).
